We are a church working for justice and restoration in the community.
We are a church talking about the questions that we are all asking.
We are a Reconciling Congregation — straight, gay, doubter, believer, Democrat, Republican, ties, shorts — all are welcome!
A Progressive Church
At Via de Cristo, we find excellent conversation and important commonalities in the tenets of progressive Christianity. These eight points help us begin to address questions that are current and crucial in our context and around the world. We may not all agree on what these questions mean or how to answer them, but we share our journey.

Partnering for good...
In addition to the ongoing projects we work with locally, nationally, and internationally, we also do monthly projects to make a real difference and highlight an area of need.
This month we are collecting kitchen items for homeless families transitioning into their own permanent, supportive housing with Next Step Housing from the UMOM New Day Centers.
Items need: Pots and pans, set of dishes, cutting board, kitchen knives, utensils, dish towels, mixing bowls, storage container, drinking glasses.
Please bring donations to the church office or drop off on Sunday mornings.
